After purchasing the service, a WE LOVE VIETNAM representative will personally contact you on WhatsApp.
Before we start planning, we take the time to understand exactly what kind of trip you are looking for.
We may ask you about:
- Your arrival and departure dates
- How many days you will spend in Vietnam
- Number of travelers
- Number of adults and children
- Children’s ages, when relevant
- Your approximate travel budget
- Your preferred travel style
- Destinations you already have in mind
- Beaches, nature, cities, culture, food, nightlife, adventure, relaxation, or other interests
- Your preferred hotel level
- How fast or relaxed you want the trip to be
- Activities and experiences that are important to you
- Any special requests or personal preferences
Once we have the information we need, we start working on your personalized Vietnam trip plan.

Get Your $100 Planning Fee Back
The price of the personalized trip-planning service is $100 USD.
If you later book $500 USD or more in eligible attractions and tourism services through WE LOVE VIETNAM, the full $100 planning fee will be credited back toward your bookings.
The $500 threshold is cumulative.
You do not need to spend $500 in a single booking.
For example, you may book an airport transfer, several attractions, a private driver and additional experiences at different times. Once your total eligible bookings with WE LOVE VIETNAM reach $500, your $100 trip-planning fee is fully credited.
This means that customers who use WE LOVE VIETNAM for both planning and booking their Vietnam experiences can effectively receive the personalized planning service at no additional cost.
What Is Not Included
This product is a travel planning, consultation and recommendation service.
It does not include international or domestic flights, and we do not purchase airline tickets as part of this service.
Unless specifically booked and paid for separately through WE LOVE VIETNAM, the $100 planning fee does not include:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Transportation
- Attraction tickets
- Tours
- Meals
- Travel insurance
- Third-party services
Any paid travel services are purchased separately.
